How do I prepare for my facial?

Avoid any exfoliants and retinoids at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and arrive at your appointment with a clean, makeup free face.

What should I wear to my facial?

Anything you are comfortable in! However, try and avoid heavy necklines or hoodies if you are not comfortable changing into a robe.

What should I expect from my facial?

Be prepared to be asked to change into a robe. You may say no to this if you are not comfortable, However we highly recommend it so we can get to all parts of your face and neck. Also be prepared to be slightly red after your appointment if you have sensitive skin.

How do I help my facial results last longer?

Try to not wear makeup 12-24 hours after your appointment, avoid touching or picking at your skin, avoid the gym or saunas for at least 24 hours after your appointment, drink lots of water, and keep up with your skincare routine.

How often should I be getting a facial?

It is recommended to get a facial every month. However, we can discuss your specific needs, budget, and schedule everything with you.

How do I prepare for my chemical peel?

Stop all products with retinol, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, and exfoliants for 5-7 days prior to your appointment. Use hydrating products the night before your appointment.

What should I expect from my peel?

Be prepared to be asked to change into a robe. You may say no to this if you are not comfortable, However we highly recommend it so we can get to all parts of your face and neck. Depending on the peel you are getting, you may be slightly red and irritated after your appointment. You may experience skin peeling 3-7 days after the treatment.

How do I help my peel results last longer?

Make sure to wear sunscreen daily and stay out of the sun as much as possible. Do not pick or peel the skin shedding and apply moisturizer frequently. Continue to stop all retinol, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, and exfoliants products. Use a gentle cleanser to wash your face in the morning and at night.

How often should I be getting a chemical peel?

It is recommended to get light to medium chemical depth peels every 4-6 weeks and deep peels 1-2 times a year.
