I like to spend time taking care of my garden, kids, and home. They are where my heart lies!

One of my morning rituals is enjoying a cup of coffee while the house is still quiet! It helps me start the day feeling energized and grounded.
What makes me feel confident?
Taking care of my mind and body helps me to feel more confident. Knowing I am strong and healthy gives me the confidence to face whatever life throws my way.

My favorite is also my most popular! Therapeutic massage. I love being able to meet my clients where they are and craft the massage they are needing at that moment.

My favorite way to relax after a long day?
I love to sit in the warm sun with a refreshing beverage and good company, talking about anything and everything!
The most rewarding part of my job?
Seeing someone go from stressed and tense to a blissed out human puddle on the massage table! And snoring! I smile every time I hear a client snore!
